Aluminum locksmith building project

When innovation and functionality meet the need to expand a building, challenging projects arise that require unique skills.

In this article, we will show you a remarkable example of this synergy, based on the design of an aluminum locksmith building.

Bridging past and future: the challenge of integration

The design of an aluminum locksmith building was carried out directly on the fully functioning facility, which became an engineering and design challenge. The versatility of the SteelBe team has become the key to linking the past and the future effectively.

⛓️ Metal structures

The Heavy Steel Structure was the solid foundation on which the entire project rested. Thanks to its strength and flexibility, this structure provided the ability to construct a new building on top of the existing facility without compromising safety, consistency and structural integrity.

In addition, Omega and Type C Light Steel Structures were integrated to add efficiency and flexibility to the project.

🧱 Union between efficiency and aesthetics

The union between efficiency and aesthetics was achieved through the use of 60mm thick thermally insulated Sandwich Panels with 5 Wave Cover in Granite HDX 55 μm and Microfiled Hidden Fixing in Granite HDX 55 μm. These panels, in addition to ensuring comfort for the workers in the aluminum locksmith building, have a finish that allows for greater durability and an elegant appearance.

In addition, Magnelis Double Gutters offer added durability to the project and HDX 55 μm Trims and Ruffles allow the added quality of the panels to continue.

Finally, the closing of the Platibanda was in Trapezoid Profiled Sheet, finished in Granite HDX 55 μm, which allowed to always maintain the same standard of quality and consequent durability.

The combination of these elements proved to be a remarkable success in terms of the quality and durability of the aluminum locksmith building, providing a modern, functional structure that is perfectly integrated into the pre-existing environment. Through this project, the SteelBe team has shown its dedication to detail and continuous search for the relationship between quality and aesthetics.
